A covered event should offer a clear editorial reason: a notable artist story, notable tour, venue opening, festival format, cultural shift, regional scene, or interview opportunity with a real creative or industry source.

Real identity required
Assignment letters must list the real correspondent name, role, contact information, planned coverage scope, and editor verification contact. Do not use placeholder identities for live credential requests.
Planned coverage
Expected format
Planned formats may include a concert review, venue profile, artist interview, festival dispatch, fan-culture feature, photo essay, or industry analysis. The assignment should state whether coverage is reported, observed, analysis, or a clearly labeled field note.
Deliverables
Publication timeline
A request should identify expected deliverables, publication timing, photo or interview needs, and whether the event is providing access, tickets, media credentials, hospitality, travel, or no consideration.
